I have been going to Splash for over 5 years for both nails & waxing. I mostly leave satisfied with my treatments but this experience was awful. I’ve had only 1 previous poor outcome with waxing in October as my eyebrows were noticeably uneven. This time, it was painful as the aesthetician applied a combo of both hot and strip wax to the same areas 3x! It was as if I had been her first customer! Usually, my eyebrow waxing takes 10 minutes max but this took about 20. It burnt when she applied aloe vera- that’s how raw my skin was! I was in a big hurry as I was readying myself for an early trip to a Paris the next day so I didnt ask for her name. I have a graze on my right eyelid. I need to just book with the salon directly next time and ask for my preferred aesthetician .
