Experience was alright except when the cashier insisted on charging £16 as there is use of scissors involved. He recommended to call for booking which will be £13 instead of booking through treatwell, where the difference of £3 pertains to booking fee which is ridiculous. Kindly take note again when you book ur haircut through treatwell and you cant expect any scissors cut below £16.

Really sweet and friendly staff that make you feel very welcome. Quite quick, the salon is very busy, and it was a little annoying had to pay extra because my hair didn't qualify as medium length. Overall would recommend.

My hair stylist was really friendly and cut my hair really well. I do always find Splash salons seem to have music blaring and I sometimes struggle to hear properly.
