I booked for my sister and me for two blow drys. Firstly the stylish (not sure she was) very limited English. The floor was covered in hair. They disn't sweep up between clients My sister went first. No styling products. The blow dry was awful. I went next and asked for mouse or equivalant. The lady didnt understand and had to adk her colleague. The blow dry was also awful. No bounce or shine my hair was stiff as if hair lacquer was used. It had to be the worst of the worst experience.

i had a great experience at splash having highlights, cut and blow dry. the bleaching products seemed quite strong so keep this in mind if you have sensitive hair, but overall the colour and cut turned out beautiful.
