dreadful service, 10.30 appt.person booked in with did not cut short head, even though booking clearly stated short cut. told to return at 11. cane back at 11,no-one available. waited until 11.20 and left. dreadful customer service. don't go there

I think you probably get what you pay for here. My appointment was rescheduled twice (relatively last minute), and took a full hour to complete. I had to give the hairdresser quite a lot of steer on how I wanted my fringe and she tried to claim that it was a problem with my hair. For £25 it’s fine, but it’s by no means a hidden gem.

I would not go back unfortunately. My nails chipped and broke 2 days after getting them done. They had very limited colour selection and the nails look streaky.
