Very disappointed. My appointment was rescheduled because the salon was running behind. I later found out my stylist (not S.Anna) had only been at the salon for three months. I asked for a layered haircut, but it was rushed. Blow dry took longer than the haircut and my hair kept getting stuck in the comb. After washing my hair at home, I saw the layers were uneven. Poor communication, poor service and a disappointing result. I won’t be returning here.
