Unfortunately after leaving the salon I have noticed some of my hair has been very badly burnt which is very upsetting. The smell is burn is strong. Roland really did try but there was clearly too much heat used. He used very hot heat to dry and didn’t rotate with cold air and before doing my curls he straightened each section and then went over it to do the curl. I did think it looked nice at first when it was done

First time at the salon. Cut was ok but I had booked an appointment with Anna per a friend recommendation and when I arrived there I was not informed of any change and I just happened to learn that she was not Anna and Anna was not working that day.. would have been good to be informed.
