This experience was very disappointing. The salon was unbearably hot, the stylist barely spoke more than a few mandatory words with me, I didn’t receive the advertised deep conditioning treatment I paid for and no heat protection or finishing products were used before or after my blow-dry. The appointment felt rushed and unwelcoming. I appreciate my stylist was likely hot herself, but the whole experience left me feeling more of a nuisance than a valued client. Sadly I doubt I would return here
