I normally come to splash every 5 weeks and always have a quick treatment with great results. However, I had a different beautician this time around, and she wasn’t as thorough as I’m used to and left quite a few hairs still.

The place was dirty, the reception staff couldn’t be bothered to great me when I walked in. My barber was more interested in watching Homes Under the Hammer than cutting my hair.
It was the quickest (10mins) haircut I’ve ever had, and the state of my hair reflects that. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
