I had a wash and blow dry service. Wash and blow dry service was good. Would have preferred if they asked how I liked my parting and should have added heat protectant. Was quick and easy to get too not faraway from Tottenham Court Road station.

Booked a 50min ap.for a hair wash,cut&blow dry,hoping for a nice blowout for a Christmas party.Unfortunately,I left quite unsatisfied.The appointment ended up taking nearly 2h,yet without the desired result.The hairdresser seemed unsure when the curls wouldn’t hold&although other tools like rollers or straighteners could have been tried,there wasn’t much time left&she kind of gave up.I left with just a small trim.Overall,it was disappointing given the time spent&the occasion I was preparing for
