Not as good as usual due to a brand new staff member who struggled throughout. I was reassured by an older member of staff that she knew what she was doing but I was not happy with the end result and feel I could have done a better job myself.

Haircut I left with wasn't bad but it wasn't the experience I expected. Requested a trim with choppy layers. Stylist did not check in during the cut or ask further questions. Didn't section my hair. Was standoffish when I requested her to cut more.
