The outcome of the blow dry was quite good. But the stylist barely said a word to me - didn’t ask what I wanted or anything. Started blow drying straight so I had to stop him and request for waves/curls. It seems strange to me that he didn’t ask these questions to begin with or even have any light conversation.
Once I clarified then he did a good job, but just a bit strange to not ask customers a bit about what they want when doing a blow dry.

Had my waxing done today at splash, I am honestly extremely happy with the service I received today. My treatment was done by a Colombian lady who was very professional and kind. She made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!!

The barber was mad at me because I was 6 minutes late. Throughout the appointment he was very abrupt and complained to his colleague in Spanish about my tardiness (too bad I speak Spanish too). If this was my first time at Splash I wouldn’t return but I have had much better treatment in the past.
