When I arrived at the salon I was told that I had to pay for a second shellac take off service for £6 because the £6 I paid on Treatwell was only for either toes or hands - even though you can’t select more than one removal service on Treatwell! The salon was dark and dingy with a flickering light and dirty chairs and tables. My manicure looked good on first inspection but now I’ve noticed has flecks of dirt which have been sealed under the top coat. Splash Soho is way better, go there instead!

From the moment you step in, there is no welcoming atmosphere, first told there was no space to be then be told it was fine and to go sit down. Silence. Hair cut completed in less -10 mins too a very poor level. Had to ask the barber to compete the job. They take bookings of Treatwell like a chore. Don’t book off here. Maybe they treat you better as a regular client. Treat well bookings are not welcome. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the low prices they represent the quality!
