Carmen was great and she did a very good job with my colour and my blow dry. Very bad the experience with splash, allowing me to book for Asma who left weeks ago and allowing me to book for 2pm when nobody was available at that time.

Fairly good maniure, only tiny uneven edges on a couple of fingers. You can only see it if you're inspecting it

I have wax on my clothing. The waxing was painful and I’ve been getting wax for over five years. The wax was very dry. It wasn’t ready and they kept the plane. It was interrupted multiple times by other customers. My eyebrows are not the colour I asked for and I look like I have a patch in my eyebrow, which I’m not happy about. I will not be returning to the salon againcompletely unwelcome when I arrived I had to make myself knowing that I was there to be for an appointment the person was rude
