I booked a 4pm appointment. Day before appointment got email saying appointment was changed to 4:30pm without checking ok with me. Arrived, no one at the front desk for over 10 minutes. Then I managed to check in. Got seen about 4:50 cause they messed up with another costumer. Finally, met my beautician. Lovely girl but she was rough, still in pain.
