I had a different person doing my hair, not the one in the booking. The washing and styling was done but the supposed free conditioning was non existent. I didn’t receive the extra conditioning. She was very attentive to my needs when washing my hair for sure and it was gentle but I only got a wash. No conditioning. I should’ve have mentioned but I just remembered at the time of doing this review hence the star rate. The styling was good.
