An unpleasant experience after experiencing an allergic reaction to the wax/wipe
Can I please recommend that you flag when you’re using products that contain allergens? It is not widely known that waxes or aftercare products can contain common allergens, putting people at life threatening risk

The facial was very pleasant overall (the extraction part was painful but that's to be expected). It would be nice if they tried to create a bit more of an relaxing atmosphere though, e.g. dimming the lights, playing some relaxing music, etc. I think that would help improve the general experience but I did enjoy the facial itself.

Booked a specific hairdresser but was told that she was on holiday for a few months and was allocated to a different hairdresser. If it’s a long-term absence it would make sense to not allow people to book that hairdresser in the app until they return. The other hairdresser didn’t speak English well but the haircut was alright. It felt rushed though.
