So I got my hair wash, cut and blow dried from Ben. I’m not happy with the service. I wanted long layers with face framing pieces and I said to start off long and cut to my desired length. He said he can’t do that because he’s got other clients after. I’m paying for a service and I have every right to make sure I’m happy with the results. The face framing pieces are very blunt The layers are nice.I’d also appreciate if he used more product in my hair rather than sparsely spraying heat protect
