Extremely disappointing experience. I showed the stylist reference photos, but he was dismissive and the haircut turned out messy and uneven, with one side noticeably thicker. He also used his knuckles to push my head instead of asking me to reposition it. Midway through, I said the haircut wasn’t working for me and asked for another stylist, but he insisted on continuing. I had to find another salon just 5 minutes after leaving to get my hair fixed.

Lilia was lovely and very gentle with my hair. I was pleased with the result and would definitely recommend her. The only downside was the salon isn't very well ventilated so it does get quite stuffy in there.
