Quite an uncomfortable experience and I asked for a straight blowdry with no volume and it was full of volume. I asked for it to be straightened to help remove volume and he said I’d have to pay extra. The floor was untidy and covered in hair my T-shirt was soaked when washing and I had to tell him he hairdryer was as burning my head as he was holding it in the same place too long.
