I did not have an enjoyable experience at the salon. I arrived at the right time but had to wait around 15 minutes. my hair was left extremely knotted after the wash. when I was sat down to get my blow dry, the hairdresser was very aggressive with brushing to the point where I had to brush my own hair. then the area was very dirty. There was a lot of hair everywhere e.g floor and shelf by the mirror. the technique was aggressive and he was very unfriendly. i have left with damaged hair and late
