2nd time at splash and will continue going back!! Staff were very lovely, there was a little bit of a wait but was understandable as it was quite busy! Carmen did a very good job!

Terrible experience. The place was dirty and not hygienic. Wax was too hot—felt like burning. Very painful, even compared to other places. I left sticky with wax still on me. Never going back.

I went for a trim. I have v long hair so I always make sure I book option for the longest hair. I prepaid the trim for the very long hair but I was told at the venue (after the haircut was done) that my hair was ‘extremely long’ so I had to pay extra
