Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Only issue I have is that my hair isn’t as described during the original consultation. I was out of time and unfortunately hair is too short to be fixed now. Layers are good and hair feels healthier just short

The treatment was average. I usually get Lycon wax but as they didn't provide that, I got hot wax instead. At times times and the wax felttoo hot. The lady said she couldn't make it any less hotter and could only cool it down by blowing on the wax.
