Had a really weird experience, lady kept making derogatory racial remarks: “was it your peoples festival yesterday” (along with constant “your people” references) , “because your hair is curly it’s harder to do”,overall a disappointing service. Came to this one as I usually go to Charing Cross branch but experienced nothing but micro aggression the whole way through, upon starting the appointment about 20 minutes late.

stylist was disappointed because I didn't know my colour number, the second stylist tried to do a rough dry instead of the blow dry I booked for, I booked to use a credit and the credit was not applied, I had to chase for it

I usually like and trust Splash, but this branch was a major disappointment. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to style my hair, only for me to leave with completely straight hair after requesting beach waves. The stylist did not properly follow my instructions, and the result was extremely frustrating.
The salon was also chaotic, hot, unclean, and unprofessional. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and there were very few staff members. This branch is nothing like the other Splash locations I’ve visited.
