I booked for two different treatments for the same appointment. When I arrived they just had booked me for one treatment... I had to show the booking confirmation to the manager and there was no problem to proceed with both treatments. The service was great, very nice staff. The waxing room was a bit dirty, full of hairs on the floor, noisy and quite cold.
