I went to Spash Salons Goodge Street and the therapist Edna took care of me. She was efficient and friendly, which is great considering that I went there for a waxing treatment, which could be painful, but I felt no pain because she was good at her job and she distracted me by keeping me busy chatting. It was a pleasant experience and I definitely Splash Salons and, in particular, beauty therapist Edna.

Not a great experience. Wash was great, but I asked for a trim and a lot more was cut off. I also asked for a wavy blow dry and my hair was then rough dried and curled with straighteners which isn't a blow dry. disappointed with the end result.
