I have visited Splash for a number of years and have kept coming back even when it is not the most convenient salon. Unfortunately my latest experience was nowhere near the usual standard, the treatment room was rundown and dirty, the staff were rushed and the wax was more painful and has not lasted anywhere near as long as usual. I think a number of the hairs were broken off rather than pulled out at the root so after 3 days I'm already experiencing significant regrowth. The beautician was very friendly and did put me at ease however the whole experience does not live up to my previous experiences. I'll be visiting elsewhere from now and on.
