Not the best experience on this occasion. I’ve been here several times before and it’s been great but not today, not all the wax was taken off and the lady took a really long time to complete it which made it painful

A bit disappointing and rushed. The women wanted to just get me in and out. Was a little aggressive and scratched my face by accident. She was polite, just made a point of 20 mins being allocated for the appointment and yet she was finished in 2-3 mins. I have had exactly the same thing done at that salon before, and it was a much better experience previously.
