Staff were very friendly. Treatment was nice and quick (but not rushed) - perfect if you only have a little free time. Would definitely return.

I come to Splash for waxes a lot, and I've never had a bad experience before so I'm hoping this time was a one off. The beautician was SO rough, slapping on the wax and using strips (when I'd paid for hot wax) really roughly. I think she'd put on too much talc as well because the wax wouldn't pull off, which was incredibly painful. She also slathered so much aloe vera on at the end that I had to use three tissues to get it off! Really disappointing because I usually have a good wax here.
