They used a type of Green wax this time round which is different to the norm. I’ve been coming here for over two years and never had an experience like this - the lady was very lovely however, due to the nature of the wax (too runny and hot) it burnt me in two places and took a few weeks to go down. Apparently they’ve reverted to the normal yellow wax so I’ll give it a go again however, will refuse the green wax if that’s brought out again. My friend also had this issue with the branch near CX.
