Average experience unfortunately! The lady who did my manicure was very nice and polite but she definitely didn't have enough experience so my nails aren't looking amazing at the moment. Never mind. The Hollywood wax was 10 times worse... again the lady was lovely but I had so much hair left. I wouldn't recommend going to Splash for waxing but then again you alwayd get someone different so you never know I guess...

Bought for a friend and her only complaint was that the therapist cut three fingers when trimming her cuticles. The rest of her manicure / shellac was good and seem to be lasting well.
