This was probably the worst waxing experience I have ever had. I booked a hot wax and the employee started putting wax on me for a strip wax and she began to explain she will use both as the hot wax takes too long... it doesn’t! I’ve had hot wax for 3 years so don’t tell me what works! Strip wax also brings me up in a rash- so thanks for this. Then the hot wax was too hot- so uncomfortable, she dropped wax on the floor and was cleaning it whilst still waxing me, and afterwards I still have some hair! So disappointed as I’ve been going to this salon for some time but I was put in a converted broom cupboard and it was a really unpleasant experience. I will not be going there again.
