This is a no frills salon I've been to before and generally pleased with. However, while I did order an "express shellack" this time, I didn't expect the result to look so express. Every single nail had a bit of nailpolish outside the nail area. I was in a rush so didnt have the time to complain but it wasnt great.

I love Splash and always think it's great value for money, but on this last visit I had a new Beautician - she was incredibly personable/friendly, but simply wasn't as thorough. The leg wax was patchy (I do have incredibly fine hair, but there was no effort to check after the wax strips were pulled) and I actually ended up with rashes either side after the bikini wax (the wax did feel hotter than normal but I assumed it was fine). She didn't ask for any feedback after the waxing or offer me any cooling lotion for the bikini area. I don't feel good leaving these comments because she was such a lovely girl!
