I’ve been going to this salon for months. Normally very happy but my booking was amended by the salon and I had a new beautician, even though I requested one of the normal girls, and she cut my nails way too short. My nails were long, I asked for them to be trimmed and kept the same shape but she cut the first so short that I had no choice but to have stumpy nails. The appointment was only 20 minutes instead of 40 minutes and she didn’t polish the gel across the whole nails so there is a gap around the edges. Usually very happy with service but I feel this time I’ve paid for someone to practice gel manicure and I will most likely need to get re-done

It was a quirky but lovely salon. I had a good and efficient beautifician doing my wax. Although it was quick and painless, I awarded the wax 2*'s as they double-dipped.
