Generally Splash was a great experience and the staff were lovely.
There were just a few things, that brought the stars down for me.
One of the things that brought down the ambiance was the loud-ish club music playing. Due to lack of space, my hairdresser had to move my chair to the right, which meant that instead of the mirror in-front of me I had an iPad in the way.
I also didn't think the blow dry was done as well as I usually do at other hairdressers.
However, the cut and length I had was great!
