The hairdresser was nice and friendly, but cut off more hair than I asked for and didn’t cut it in the shape I asked for either. As soon as I came out of the salon I tied my hair up so I didn’t have to look at it. It’s very choppy and straight, even though this is not the look I wanted

Simona was so lovely! She complimented my hair which was nice and didn’t seem phased by how long and thick it was (like most hairdressers that see me are). I showed her a picture of the exact haircut and blow dry I wanted and she got it spot on! Will definitely be coming back to see her. Thank you Simona! X
