The pedicure was nicely done, and the therapist didn't rush although it was really busy. I did appreciate this a lot! However, I had to wait for 30 min before she could start my treatment due to having other clients. So only 4 stars instead of 5.

The chairs and seating area for the pedicure is not comfortable. The pedicure is average at best. My nails were not shaped nicely how I wanted them. The pedicure felt more like the express even though I booked a full pedicure. Lots of dead hard skin left on heels. It said to takes 50 minutes but mine was done in around 30. I wouldnt come back.

Note my stylist was called Anna (sorry if this is the wrong spelling) although it says Erik. She was very professional. She took care to understand my requirements and assured me several times she was just trimming the minimum possible just as I had requested.
