very pleasant staff, however, there were quite a few hairs left over. i paid for hot wax however she used strips when doing some parts of my hollywood area. i’m not totally sure if this is standard as im new to the UK.

The worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for long layers but was left with uneven, poorly blended layers cut far too short. Most of my hair has been cut to the same short layer with barely any hair left at the bottom for length. The stylist was rushing & either didn’t take care or doesn’t know how to cut layers properly. At the end of my cut, I overheard another stylist admitting they had cut a clients hair badly and didnt know how to do the requested style, which was very concerning. Avoid
