I booked a shellac manicure for my friend for her birthday, hoping it would be a nice experience. Before she even got there they messaged me twice about changing the time of the appointment on the day. When she got there they had said that a shellac manicure had not been booked so said she could only get normal nail vanish and seemed to be in very much of a rush. Not very professional at all.

I always come to this venue for haircuts as it's the best value for money. I've seen different stylists every time and they're always extremely professional and I leave with fantastic results - this was no different! My stylist was extremely detail oriented, which was really great as I was getting a blunt bob. Overall, the salon is small and gets a lot of people through so there's hair on the ground, but the stylists make it worth it!
