My appointment was moved 4 x I arrived ahead of my apt only be told to wait upstairs, I then sat there for 20 mins. To be told I hadn’t arrived so she started treating someone else, so I then had to wait again for 20 mins. Therapist was kind - but not as good as the previous therapist I’ve had at the same venue - mainly due to multiple latest of wax left on my side, neck and armpit. So in the heat and with a shirt on - was uncomfortable journey home. Sorry to be negative
