I had my haircut with Roland at Splash and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was exceptionally patient with my long hair, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and working with great care and attention to detail throughout. Roland was very thorough, ensuring every part of the cut was perfect, and made me feel comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. His professionalism and dedication really stood out. Colour did not last at all, washed out on every wash my roots completely showed less than a week later. I normally get a minimum of four weeks coverage with a root colour.
I had to go to another hairdresser to fix.
Have contacted the salon but not had a response. disappointing
