Great first time experience. Appointment was at 6pm for a long hair cut, arrived at 5:35 and was happy to wait but was seen straight away and out the door by 6pm. Great service, great cut would book again

I was not happy with my blow dry, it was horrible. When insaid it to the hairdresser she said it was my fault because my hair were not good for that type of blow dry. I started crying because that was my graduation day and i wanted to look nice. However they let me leave with that horrible hair.. fortunately i found an hairdresser on the way home that fixed it for me and did the blow dry as i expected it. I work in customer care and i would never let a client leave my shop crying.. it's absolutely absurd. No manners.. terrible place.

The haircut was good. The stylist didn't speak much English however he did a good job and added a lovely oil to my hair at the end which made my hair silky
