The staff members seemed nice and friendly. My appointment started on time which was great and I'm quite pleased with my hair colour treatment done by Nadia as well.
Having said that, I just couldn't ignore how dirty the salon was! There is so much hair 'pieces' everywhere that i was beginning to get paranoid about breathing them in! The combs and other tools didn't seem like they were being cleaned regularly either - lot of them still had hair strands still stuck to them. The hair wash basin is in a tiny corner and the basin itself was really uncomfortable to rest your head on - I had a stiff neck by the end of it!
Overall, treatment and staff were okay but I wouldn't come back due to the hygiene and cleanliness factor.
