The venue is so cramped and busy, it's a very unpleasant experience. But it's very cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. My hairdresser was nice and the blow dry was lovely, but after washing my hair a couple days later, I realised the haircut was a bit uneven. I won't be going back.

My manicure was extremely painful, as the manicurist used a sharp stick to scrape around the edge of all of my fingernails after each coat of paint, until one bled and was so painful I had to ask her to stop. It has been inflamed now for a couple of days afterwards.

Freskida is really lovely & it's really clear that she works incredibly hard- I've been happy with the treatment done by her every time I went to see her. The beauty room is extremely busy & I wish the people commenting on cleanliness at the end of the day realised that when it's busy clients come one after the other so except for a quick room prep there's no time to clean the place properly... the owner should ensure that there's a 10min slot between appointments to make sure that the beautician has time to prep her station properly...
