First of all its very odd that you can only book through Treatwell instead of calling directly the venue to better discuss the treatment. Also I couldn't apply my student discount when booking online. Because I had an important event to attend afterwards I couldn't risk and just walk in, therefore I just booked on treatwell. Fine, the environment is very busy but it looks like the workers are having a good time so that's good to see. It was difficult at times to communicate with the technician because of the language. For sure a place to go to for a quick and not sophisticated service and mostly cheap, but my hair up was 30 pounds discounted, instead of 50, and that seemed a bit out of proportion.
