I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend this to salon to anyone. Firstly I stupidly booked what I thought was wash cut and blow dry for £31 but when I got there I was told that it was just wash and cut and the blowdry would be an additional £18 which I was happy to pay for as I'm sure it would be worth it.
The state of the salon was disgusting, I have never seen so much hair, it was on random ledges, all over the floor, all over the tables. I understand a little bit of hair here and there but this was gross.
Then the hairdresser who id seen smoking outside when I arrived typically was my hair stylist. Her hands absolutely STUNK. she was running her smokey hands through my hair , i was gagging!
She only washed my hands when she was washing my hair. Whilst my treatment was on she went outside for another cigarette and came back in. I had to ask her to wash her hands before she ran her hands through my hair.
The hair cut was ok but was not worth £54 once they'd charged me an extra £4 because my hair was long. (I'd say it's medium!)
