It's a very busy venue but they managed it quite well. I had to wait for 10 minutes but the hair artist came to apologise. He then suggested a style for me when he cut mine. All in all, positive experience I had.
I went for a shellac manicure and it was one of the worst manicures I've had. The room it was in was like a cupboard so you could barely move to stand up. The lady who did my manicure started filing and was very rough with her filing, so rough that she cut me quite deeply with the nail file leaving my finger bleeding. Instead of apologising she told me it was my fault she had cut me as I had flinched when in fact I flinched because she had cut me. She then proceeded to put acetone in the cut so it stung and when I asked to wash my hands due to the stinging she said yes then promptly put more acetone in it. It was very poor indeed and I shall not be going back here.
