This venue has a very 'urban' vibe. The beautician who carried out my wax was great - very friendly and efficient. Some of the other staff were friendly enough but it felt like a I had entered their bar - loud music, there was lots of banter and not too much customer focus.

Painless as possible for the first time. Price is slightly lower than other places. Not a fancy salon but well who cares as long as the waxing’s fine.
