Great treatment, the beautician was fabulous, lovely and friendly and really worked hard to make it as pain free as possible. Great to talk to and really professional made you feel very welcome in fact all the staff I interacted with were very nice from start to finish, The treatment room is cramped and a little shabby, it's not the nicest atmosphere with the loud dance music coming from the hairdresser part upstairs. But it's great value and they're quick and efficient.
