It was very busy when I arrived, people rushing around the salon. I didn't have a consultation when I came in. The shower was too hot - apparently can't be adjusted. I said explicitly what I wanted and showed a photo but obviously didn't get that. The tools in front of me were covered in hair. Overall not a great experience.
