This time I wasn't fully happy with my haircut. I didn't realise it in the hair salon only at home having had a closer look in the mirror. My hair was cut in several different lengths. At my forehead it's too short, at the middle is 1cm in length, the back is 1.5 and the side has an area where is 3cm above the 0 fade. It was disconnected to the right but there was extra hair left on the side.
The haircut didn't take more than 15 mins, so I think she rushed it. I wish to get a full refund...

Annalisa checked with me several times if I was fine or if I wanted adjustments. I was done within 30 minutes. Didn't have to wait for more than 5min.

Another 5-star service from Baljeet. She’s thorough with Hollywood wax, and I’m surprised even short hairs were removed well. Good bedside manners always help me feel comfortable. She was gentle with shellac removal and made my bare nails look great. Amazing attitude and great service. Thanks Baljeet!
