I think hygiene could improve especially we're in the pandemic. I didn't see equipment being sanitised between one client and another. The pair of scissors used for my hair had bits of hair from the previous clients. :(

The stylist didn't do what I asked for and cut way too much off. Not only is it too short but was thinned out in the wrong places so looks even worse. It will take months to grow back. I'm so angry. I've been going to Splash for years and it's normally great but this stylist is so bad. The booking system also needs to be changed so its easier to select a better stylist.
