Francesco was great and my hair looks lovely. But the atmosphere was awful and stressful. The music was far too loud. The hair washing area looked makeshift and unprofessional. It was all very cramped. There was also a lot of clutter about and none of it seemed particularly clean. I wouldn't go back to this salon or another Splash salon unfortunately.
