Really friendly team. Francesco was lovely and gave me a really great haircut! He gave some good suggestions for the cut and styling and kept checking in to see if I was comfortable. Would recommend and would definitely return :)

What a shambles Splash is! I made an appointment and the beautician, who seemed very nice, started treatment. Then the 'manager' came and took her away, saying someone else would come in a few minutes. I then waited 15 minutes. No contact from the 'manager'. By then I was furious, and went upstairs to complain. She said the therapist has just arrived. She was VERY poor, the manicure is a total mess and will have to be redone. I will NEVER visit Splash again and will ensure social media knows.
