Felt a bit rushed and left the edges quite messy, had to tidy it up when I got home and felt like it was rushed to get volume through rather than any care taken on my haircut

Mask wearing very lax. Stylist had very little English and although I showed him a picture of how I wanted my hair to look, it was not right and he had to do it again. I was unaware you still had walk up so I booked and so paid more than I usually do, £16.50 as opposed to around £13. During the cut the stylist dropped the comb, picked it up, did not clean it and used it again on my hair!
