My booking was moved to this branch from another which wasn't wasn't issue but I had to change the date. I was scheduled for 17:50 but didn't get seen until 18:10. A gentleman with a 18:00 appointment was seen before me even though I had been waiting. My hair was cut but my stylist didn't listen to what I asked for. He styled my hair and after checking it I left. When I reached home and looked again, the styling had gone and I realised that one side of my hair was longer than the other.

Very disappointed that after I prepaid online I found it would have been much cheaper to pay instore. You quote £22 on line yet it’s only £10 at the store!
